All teams will be required to cook a minimum of 100 pounds of pork steaks and adhere to all City/County Health Dept. regulations including booth inspection.
Trophies will be awarded in both official judging as well as "votes" measured by booth donations.
Pork steaks provided by Jennings Premium Meats, New Franklin, MO. All other tools,grills, smokers and ingredients responsibility of individual teams.
